However you look at it, for most people maintaining the heating system and solving problems is a nuisance – and a costly one at that.

A Response maintenance contract takes care of all of this.

Heating problems, particularly breakdowns, always seem to happen at the worst time. It’s usually cold – a time of year when heating engineers  are very busy - so getting your problem dealt with quickly can be very difficult.

You need to be sure that your problem will be first on the list to be dealt with – and also at no additional cost to you.

Many of our customers find that having a maintenance contract with Taskforce Response gives them the ability to budget for their service and repairs, but most importantly to get help fast when problems occur.

Response contracts give:

  • Same day (and often much quicker) help when a breakdown occurs
  • Telephone advice – even out of normal working hours
  • Experienced heating engineers, with the backup of our senior engineer
  • Gas Safe registered engineers – a legal requirement
  • Office support to enable us to find parts quickly, speeding up your repair
  • An annual service to ensure the efficient running of your boiler
  • Repair costs - Parts and labour both covered by the contract
  • A low cost way to maintain your system

How can it be low cost? With contract clients, we arrange to service boilers in the summer, when we tend to have less urgent work to do. It keeps us busy at this time of year, thus also freeing up our time in the winter months to manage the emergency and urgent calls

There are other maintenance contracts available, but beware, these larger companies tend to be impersonal and lack the interest in your particular problem. The majority of our clients have come to us from one or other of these, often after having an unfortunate experience
